The NISTAR team have been integral in the safe and effective transport of COVID-19 patients across Northern Ireland. On Fri 3rd April 2020 three NISTAR critical care teams completed multiple patient transfers to Northern Irelands Nightingale hospital. This was the first time in the history of NISTAR that multiple patient transfers were completed simultaneously.
