David Marshall

David qualified as a Paramedic in 2010 and worked for the Northern Ireland Ambulance Service in various roles including Clinical Hub Manager and HEMS Paramedic. Following completion of a Post Graduate Certificate in Medical Education he worked as a Clinical Training Officer with the Northern Ireland Ambulance Service and was responsible for the education and training of operational colleagues. David was appointed Service Manager in NISTAR in January 2023 and has a passion for Clinical Governance and Clinical Education.
